Although the 5A05 alloy has high technological plasticity, cold hardening is fast during cold deformation and should be paid attention to in processing parts.
The content of Mg in 5A06 alloy is the highest, 6.3%, and the content of Mn is 0.65%, and the average total content of Mg and Mn is 7%. Because of its high strength, low plasticity, good corrosion resistance and weldability, can be processed into a plate, tube, rod, profiles, wire and forging die forging, etc.
